Professional event coverage by an Austin event photographer for conferences, corporate events, brand activations, festivals, and live experiences. Based in Austin, Texas, and available for travel, I work with brands, companies, and organizations looking for clean, impactful event photography that captures key moments, speakers, attendees, and branded experiences.
Additional photographers and videographers are available for larger events or expanded coverage.
Hourly Event Coverage
Starting at $500 for the first hour
Additional coverage time is billed at $200 per hour

Day Rates
For larger events, conferences, and brand activations, I offer day-rate pricing.
Half-day coverage (5+ hours): starting at $1,100
Full-day coverage (10+ hours): starting at $1,950
Day rates are recommended for events with multiple moments, locations, or deliverables.
Travel & Multi-Day Events
Multi-day conferences & events: quoted at a blended rate depending on amount of days, location, etc.
Travel, lodging, and meals may be required for events outside of Austin or multi-day events and are quoted separately as needed.
