Interior & Exterior Photography
All Airbnb sessions include a curated mix of 2-5 images highlighting each room, including backyard and front yard.

• 500-1,000 sq ft: $450

• 1,000-1,500 sq ft: $500

• 1,500 - 2,000 sq ft: $550

• 2,000-2,500 sq ft: $600

• 2,500-3,000 sq ft: $650

• 3,000-3,500 sq ft: $700

• 3,500-4,000 sq ft: $750

ADD-ONS

• Twilight: $300
  Capture string lights, patios, pools, and outdoor atmosphere at golden hour.

• Detail shots: $150

  Enhanced shots of amenities, décor, coffee stations, bath details, etc.

• Staging: $200 (materials included).
  Fresh flowers, plants, and styling each room.

• Drone: $450
  Aerial views to highlight setting, views, and property layout.

• Neighborhood amenities: $200
  Highlight local attractions, parks, cafes, pools, and nearby spots.

• Apartment/complex amenities: $200
  Highlight apartment or community pool, park, fireplace, etc.

• Lifestyle: $300-$600
  Photos showing your space in use — people enjoying amenities.

• Weekend Booking (Saturday or Sunday): $200

• Detailed retouching: $200

  Advanced Photoshop work such as enhancing grass, adding TV logos, removing cords, and polishing visual distractions for a cleaner final image.

• Outside of Austin:
  Pricing may vary based on location.

• For shoots outside the Austin metro area, a travel fee applies in addition to standard session rates — typically calculated at $0.75/mile plus $55/hour of travel time. Exact travel costs will be included in your custom quote.
