A Quick Guide to Easy, On-Site Team Headshots
If you’re growing your team or revamping your website, updated headshots are probably already on your to-do list—but there’s one simple detail that can make a big impact: capturing everyone’s headshots on the same day at your office.
Here’s why it matters (and why your team will thank you):
1. Cohesion Counts
When your team’s headshots are taken in different locations, lighting, or styles, it can feel disjointed on your website or LinkedIn profiles. A one-day photo session ensures consistent lighting, backdrops, and overall aesthetic—so your brand looks polished and intentional.
2. It’s Easier on Everyone
Instead of asking your team to coordinate individual sessions (and hoping they remember), I come to you. I’ll bring everything needed—backdrop, lighting, and guidance—so each person gets a great photo without leaving the office. It’s efficient, stress-free, and a smart use of everyone’s time.
3. It Boosts Morale
Offering professional headshots to your employees is a huge value-add. It shows your team you care about their personal brand and professional presence. It’s a simple gesture that goes a long way in making people feel seen and supported.
4. You’ll Be Ready for Anything
Whether you're updating your website, prepping for a press release, or refreshing your LinkedIn banners, having a full set of cohesive team headshots on hand is a game changer. No scrambling to track down old photos or crop awkward screenshots.
What It Looks Like:
I come to your office for a scheduled window of time (hours depending on how many headshots we need to take, typically I will schedule 3 minutes per person/headshot).
Team members are photographed individually, with posing guidance.
Optional lifestyle or environmental shots (at desks, in action, etc.)
Each team member gets to pick out which headshot is their favorite, and I will retouch that image for them.
You receive professionally edited images delivered in a clean, consistent style.
If your team could use a headshot refresh let’s get something on the calendar. I’ll bring the good lighting—you bring your people.
