Capturing the Energy of Visier Outsmart 2025 in Austin

Earlier this month, I had the incredible opportunity to capture Visier’s Outsmart Conference — a three-day event packed with inspiration, innovation, and unforgettable moments, all set against the vibrant backdrop of Austin, Texas.

The conference kicked off with an opening party at Zanzibar, a stunning rooftop oasis in downtown Austin. Guests enjoyed delicious food, tiki-inspired cocktails, and panoramic views of the city skyline — the perfect way to set the tone for the days ahead.

The first full day of Outsmart was filled with insightful sessions. After a dynamic keynote speaker energized the crowd, attendees spread out into a series of breakout rooms, diving deep into new ideas, strategies, and solutions throughout the day. As the sun set, everyone regrouped for a variety of offsite excursions — from brewery tours to bike rides and food tastings, giving attendees a true taste of Austin’s lively culture.

That evening, the celebration continued at Central Machine Works, one of Austin’s coolest industrial-chic spaces. The night was packed with live music, a donut and taco truck, custom t-shirt screen printing, bandana stitching, signature cocktails, and plenty of games to keep the energy high. It was the perfect mix of networking and pure fun — and a dream setting for candid, vibrant event photography.

The final day of the conference was a half-day, with a few more inspiring keynotes and breakout sessions to close out the experience. Even after three packed days, the enthusiasm and connection among attendees were impossible to miss — making it a true honor to document.

From professional headshots and breakout session moments to rooftop views and late-night celebrations, capturing Visier Outsmart 2025 was a highlight of my year. I’m already looking forward to next time!
